We are conducting a clinical research study to evaluate the effect of an investigational natural health product on symptoms associated with OA of the knee. To participate you must be: To participate you must be: · Healthy with no significant medical conditions
We are conducting a clinical research study to investigate the tolerability and efficacy of an investigational natural health product in individuals with impaired fasting glycemia. This study is 21 days in length and you would be required to visit us here at the clinic 5 times during the study. Eligible subjects will be instructed to take one of two natural products for a seven day period, with a seven day washout period between each period. In addition to having blood drawn, a brief physical exam will be conducted. To participate: Ages 25-75 Have impaired fasting glycemia (as confirmed by fasting glucose > 6.1 mmol/L and < 10.0 mmol/L and HbA1c < 7.5 %) Body Mass Index of 18-35 kg/m2 (we can tell you if you don’t know) Additional criteria to be determined upon telephone screening Qualified participants receive: Parking validation Compensation up to $200 We are also conducting a research study of an investigational food product for individuals who are at increased risk for diabetes. Cholesterol Study
We are conducting a clinical research study to evaluate the effect of an investigational beverage product on cholesterol. · Between 30 and 65 years old
· BMI between 25-39.9 (we can confirm this if you are not sure)
· Not currently taking cholesterol medication
